MOMENTS OF MEANING II

MOMENTS OF MEANING II

When We Stop Looking Outside Ourselves

In my work with clients, I’ve noticed something interesting.

Most people aren’t lacking intelligence, motivation, or potential.

What they’re missing is connection.

Connection to their values.

Connection to their intuition.

Connection to their own inner knowing.

When that connection weakens, even simple decisions can feel overwhelming.

When it strengthens, clarity begins to emerge naturally.

Not because life becomes perfectly certain.

But because we begin trusting ourselves again.

This realization became the inspiration behind a new coaching framework I am honored to introduce:

Introducing The Inner Compass Method™

The Inner Compass Method™ was born from a simple belief:

The wisdom we seek most often lives within us.

This coaching process is designed to help individuals reconnect with that wisdom and navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Rather than focusing solely on goals or outcomes, The Inner Compass Method™ invites us to explore deeper questions:

  • What truly matters to me?
  • Who am I becoming?
  • What is my life asking of me right now?
  • What would it feel like to trust myself more fully?

The method is guided by four foundations:

Compass Clarity™

Understanding what matters most and identifying the direction that feels genuinely aligned.

Identity Alignment™

Exploring the beliefs, values, and patterns that support the person you are becoming.

Inner Regulation™

Creating the internal steadiness necessary for clear thinking, intuitive awareness, and meaningful growth.

Aligned Action™

Taking simple, intentional steps that honor both your goals and your wellbeing.

The purpose is not to force change.

The purpose is to create space for clarity.

A Gentle Practice to Try

Practice: Listening for Your Inner Compass

Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably for a few moments.

Take several slow breaths.

Then ask yourself:

“What is one thing I already know but haven’t fully trusted?”

Allow whatever arises to be enough.

No need to solve anything.

No need to make immediate decisions.

Simply listen.

Notice what feels expansive.

Notice what feels true.

Notice what feels like a small step toward yourself.

Journal Prompts

  • Where in my life am I seeking answers outside myself?
  • When have I trusted my inner knowing and been glad that I did?
  • What is one area of my life asking for greater clarity right now?
  • What would change if I trusted myself a little more?
  • What might my inner compass be trying to tell me?

A Blessing for the Path Ahead

May you remember that clarity does not always arrive as certainty.

May it arrive as a quiet knowing.

May you trust the wisdom that has been with you all along.

May your next step reveal itself in its own time.

And may you discover that the guidance you seek has never been far away.
